Homerwood Hardwood Flooring.
Quality hardwood flooring is a feature that dramatically impacts the very essence of your home's character. Homerwood™ pre-finished floors are clear coated, with a low sheen, and durable finish that utilizes the latest finishing technology backed by a wear-through warranty.

STAINMASTER® Ultra Life Carpet.
STAINMASTER® is the world's most recognized carpet fiber offering superior stain and soil resistance so your carpet starts beautiful and stays that way. As a STAINMASTER Flooring Center store, Great Floors is able to offer the Ultra Life Warranty that includes limited 15-year enhanced stain protection, soil resistance, texture retention and abrasive wear warranties, plus lifetime anti-static protection.

Mannington Naturals Vinyl.
From Mannington's Gold Series, Naturals offers amazing replicas of expensive tiles, stones and woods combined with superior resistance to damage, stains and asphalt tracking distinguish Mannington's Gold Series. LG Hi-Macs Countertops

LG Hi-Macs offers a 15-year fully transferable warranty in a wide palette of colors. You'll also find tumbled granite tile and other leading-edge materials that offer the stylish look, quality construction and long-lasting durability you expect in a Stonewall Home.

Great Floors new, state-of-the-art store in Coeur d'Alene offers a special Builder's Showroom where you can review the products in your new home as well as upgrades available to create the home of your dreams.

Superior decks are born of superior decking materials. Trex® products are made from recycled and reclaimed wood and plastic. The two combined give you the best of both materials. The wood helps protect the plastic from UV exposure and adds a slip-resistant surface. The plastic shields the wood from moisture and insect damage, so there's no rotting, cracking, warping or splintering.

Finishing Touches

Stonewall Home Construction, Inc. uses Hardiplank siding because it is one of the best siding products available on the market today.

Hardiplank is the trade name for a concrete fiber siding that is manufactured with a wood grain finish. It resembles conventional wood lap siding when installed. Hardiplank is a man made product that has very few drawbacks verses similar looking lap siding made of compressed wood fiber (OSB) or hardboard (similar to pegboard).

This siding is concrete-based and extremely durable. It resists rotting or cracking and it resists damage from rain, hail and flying debris. Hardiplank siding is non-combustible, with a limited, transferable warranty for up to 50 years.

Proper installation of siding is crucial for optimal performance. Therefore Greystone Custom Homes, Inc. entrusts this task to Matt Winkle of All Seasons Exteriors. Matt is so conscientious when installing Hardiplank that he measures each piece to within 1/16th of an inch. Now that's precise!
